AgentLink Update
As Travel Guard continues to provide you with the best
service possible, we wanted to provide you with an update on a
change you will be seeing in Travel Guard’s agent portal,
AgentLink on October, 1st.
When in AgentLink and
accessing your Travel Guard product list, you will now be
required to login using your Travel Guard user ID and
password. This is to ensure we are displaying the proper
product list, and that we are accurately able to track which
agent has sold each policy.
The User ID required will
be the same User ID you currently use for ezTIPS, the quoting
utilities, and the Toolbox located in AgentLink.
Travel Guard will be sending an email to all contacts
in our system that we do not show currently have a User ID and
password. Our system is scheduled to start sending these
emails beginning on Friday, September 27th with all emails to
be received by Monday, September 30th. The email that will be
sent will include information on what your User ID will be,
along with a temporary password.
