NEW ENHANCEMENT UPDATE
Expedia TAAP is now offering self-service changes on
Expedia Special Rate Hotel bookings for US point of sale
affiliates!
Whether your customer needs a name changed or has a
special request for a hotel, there is no need to call reservations
anymore. This function is simply just clicks away under the My
Trips tab!
You can now make the following
changes on standalone ESR reservations:
- Change Name
- Change Room
Preferences
- Change Special
Request
- Change
accessibility preferences
We currently do not offer this feature on:
- Multi-room bookings
- Non ESR Bookings,
e.g. GDS & Venere, EEM
- Hotels which were
booked with a redirect payment (PayPal or IBP)
- Trips in progress
and completed trips
- Bookings made using
a coupon
- Hotels in packages
or bundles
