Today we’re excited to launch the all-new College of Disney
Knowledge online training site. With enhanced user interface, the
College of Disney Knowledge gives you easier access to Disney
Destinations learning opportunities.
On the new site, larger courses have been separated into smaller
lessons, making it more convenient to fit training into your
schedule. Updated navigation makes it easier to find the courses you
need to take. We’ve also added new content, including a
brand-new Adventures by Disney® overview course and
new videos highlighting our Disney Destinations.
To access Travel Agents Benefits, click on the “Training &
Benefits,” select “Agent Benefits” and navigate to the desired
benefit to determine eligibility and view the request form.
