Due to the perceived potential for confusion between our insurance products and other insurance products in New York, Travel Guard will be making product name changes effective April 2, 2018.

The product name changes are:

The only change to these products is the new names. Your customers will still receive the same great travel insurance coverage ad assistance services you have come to know and offer.  

 

Did you know?

We are always looking for helpful agent tools to save you time while booking Travel Guard policies. In doing so, we have provided a helpful agent resource guide which provides excellent on-line resources (available here). These resources will allow you to make changes to Travel Guard policies, reprint policies or to ask questions. This resource guide can assist with:

  • Reprinting policies: For clients who need another copy of a policy; or if you, as an agent need to review
  • Locating a policy number: If you can't find a policy for a client, you can look up all your policies
     
  • And much more!

 

Need to modify a policy?

Why call in when you can easily log on - it's as easy as 1...2...3!

2. Click on Customer Service
3. Click Modify Policy
Follow the onscreen directions to complete your submission. You will receive confirmation within 48 hours that the modification is complete.
