Dear Valued Travel Partner,
AMR™ Collection would like to provide you with an important update
on behalf of the Dominican Republic in regards to Hurricane Fiona.
Due to flooding near Zoëtry®
Agua Punta Cana that is preventing traffic into the
property, guests will now return to the resort Thursday, September 22,
2022. Any guests scheduled to arrive to Zoëtry Agua
Punta Cana prior to Thursday, September 23, will be moved to other
AMR™ Collection resorts in the area.
Additionally, following an assessment at Secrets® Cap Cana
Resort & Spa, it was determined that the resort
will reopen Friday,
September 23, 2022. Guests have been relocated to
other AMR™ Collection resorts in the area, and will return to
Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa once it is deemed safe. Any
guests scheduled to arrive to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa
prior to Thursday, September 23, will be moved to Dreams Macao
Beach Punta Cana.
Due to these circumstances, any guest arriving to Zoëtry Agua Punta
Cana and Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa through Friday,
September 23, 2022, are able to cancel their upcoming trip for no
additional charge.
All other AMR™ Collection resorts in the Dominican Republic are in
the process of cleaning and restoring full service to guests. Some
services areas and restaurants may be affected through this
process, and will be back up and running soon.
