to work with, we have recently launched a new and enhanced booking
system: Quest! It has the same easy access through Norwegian Central
via the “BOOK” column but with a new and improved experience. While you
still have access to the prior booking system, we highly encourage you to
review the new features you can start enjoying within Quest.

an enhanced booking experience, including easier visibility into
stateroom availability and feature details, such as accessibility

Now you can seamlessly add and remove Ground Transfers for your
clients yourself, meaning you no longer need to call in

Helpful “Remember Me” Feature
If you typically provide a secondary phone number to identify
yourself when booking with NCL, the system will remember your
credentials, saving you valuable time

Easy Feedback Tool
We want to hear from you! Provide quick feedback at any point
during your booking experience, with the ability to send screenshots or
recordings

Please note that the Quest booking
system is open for FIT bookings only, and group reservations still need
to be booked and serviced in Book NCL. If you receive an error message
when attempting to access Quest, please click the back arrow on your
browser before re-clicking on the Quest booking system.
